Adrenaline is a startup marketing consultancy. Establishing the startup work-scope; ranging from client servicing best-practices
implementation, CRM, internal financial/CS processes, team recruitment, marketing, advertising & creative presentation. The
job was a set after the owner has won a pitch for a leading FMCG company in Jordan. Sold products ranged from local (factory
produced) to international imported goods. I was hired as a consultant for the start-up phase of the company, my role was to
hire and oversee implementation of all processes

● Strategically designed and executed a 80 billboard locations for DER use to minimize OOH advertising costs (5 year
plan - 75% marketing budget savings)
● Increased in-store presence across all Iraq provinces by 30%
