Issuing IT Department annual budget for Cairo office.
Creating and implementing the Disaster Recovery plan for IT Department.

Administer network workstations and servers.
Investigate user problems, identify their source, determine possible solutions, test and
implement solutions.
Install, configure, and maintain All Servers, Domain servers, network cabling, UPSs and other
related equipment, devices, and systems.
Plan and implement network security, including design, implementing, upgrading and
documenting firewalls (Fortigate 200B, 81F, 100E) Produce periodic security reports.
Installing, configuring, monitoring antivirus application Kaspersky, Bitdefender for servers &
clients.
Administrate and Troubleshoot Virtual Private Network (VPN), integrated with firewall &
managed switches.
Administrating, installing and Configuring WSUS, to push windows update automatically to
all PCs and Servers.
Securing users file on LAN by giving permissions to the files and making backup.
Troubleshoot networks, systems, and applications to identify and correct malfunctions and
other operational difficulties.
Troubleshoot internet connections and WAN communication between Cairo Office and HQ in
Jordan
Investigate, recommend and install enhancements and operating procedures that optimize
network availability.
Maintain confidentiality with regard to the information being processed, stored or accessed
by the network.
Document network problems and resolutions for future reference.
Evaluate and/or recommend purchases of computers, network hardware, peripheral
equipment, and software.
Administrating Citrix Servers.
Administrating virtual servers Hyper-V, Vmware & Virtual Box.
Creating & administrating cloud servers & machines (Microsoft Azure & Dedicated servers).
Administrating office 365 & Microsoft Teams.
Administrating sql server.
Support Apple OS users.
Applying IT policy.
Mongering servers performance though Zabbix

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
• Ensure the implementation of policies and procedures for electronic data processing and computer systems operations.
• Coordinate with managers and department heads IT requirements, specifications, costs and timelines.
• Manage information systems contractors to implement, operate and administer computer and telecommunications software, hardware, networks and information systems.
• Work with Administration and Finance Manager in developing and controlling the computer systems budgets.
• Provide informal training for staff in Microsoft Office Systems & other SCC systems.
• Work with other departments to identify, recommend, develop, implement, and support cost-effective technology solutions.
• Plan, implement and maintain Microsoft Windows Server Infrastructure.
• Plan, implement and maintain Kaspersky server.
• Design Security for Microsoft Windows Server as per SCC IT Policy
• Plan, implement and maintain backup and disaster recovery solutions using external/internal backup servers.
• Plan, implement and maintain Phone systems infrastructure.
• Plan, implement and maintain Sound System & Projectors for conference rooms.
• Plan, implement and maintain IT equipment needed for external conferences. • Plan and troubleshoot Digital Video Conference communications.
• Plan, implement and maintain physical systems’ upgrades as per request. • Respond to phone calls for remote support.
• Remote troubleshooting and maintaining for servers and client computers.
• Monitor office networks and provide preventive maintenance.
