Main Duties:
• Installation, configuration and integration of different access control systems including biometrics (fingerprint, iris, and palm recognition technologies) and card reader solutions
• Conduct feasibility study of the project
• Provide a full detailed project plan based on end user’s requirements
• Distribute task and assignments to different departments to successfully meet deadlines
• Provide training and workshops to new and current staff
Other Duties:
• Work with customers to ensure that customer success and project goals are clearly identified and well documented
• Ensure team alignment to the customer success and project goals and track deliverables weekly (or daily when needed) providing updates to executives and other customer representatives
• Drive continuous improvement in teams’ metrics-driven framework
• Relentlessly assess project risks and plan contingencies to mitigate the most likely failure points
• Maintain delivery models, frameworks, job roles, assessments, and strategies
• Provide training and drive knowledge transfer
• Issue Purchase Orders, Invoice, Receipts, and delivery notes.
Duties and Skills:
• Teaching Computer Subject from Grade 2 till Grade 11
• Teaching Information and Communication Technology (ICT) for Grade 11
• 30 weekly teaching hours and 2 support
• Teaching 26 classes (600+ students) on weekly basis
• Curriculum content support
• Computer Labs Administrator
Duties & Skills:
• Information Technology Administrator covering three schools.
• Administrator over the SIS: Creating accounts for staff (teachers, supervisors and principles), provide support for any uprising problem or troubleshoot, data entry, staff training, and monitoring staff usage of the SIS.
• Hardware maintenance for Computers, interactive boards and LCD projectors.
• Provided the staff with proper software to carry on their duties. The software is either personally developed or requested from a third-party supplier
• Provided technical support for technology-based activities.
• Network officer. Daily check on the servers to ensure fluent and proper connection between different network locations.
• Updating the SIS by running database scripts and installing updated files.
• Network Mapping between multiple network locations
