Support Orange affiliates (war-game, market strategy, benchmark, sharing of experience, documentation, development of business plans, etc.) to deploy their strategy of wholesale domestic in the market by providing to them strategic support and access to the expertise of orange group.
Supporting affiliates team on wholesale and infrastructure projects end-to-end (Tower-Co project, Roaming National Project, MVNO…).
Development of Orange wholesale strategy with orange affiliates in EMEA region to enhance their assets and to generate more values.
