Demand Planning Manager (March 2013- November 2014)
• Ownership of Oral Care Category (Oral B) and Asia Development Market Category for Demand Planning (Pampers, Whisper, Braun, Vicks, Duracell, US Sourced Products)
• Delivery of the SNO KPI's for your category (Availability, Forecast Accuracy, Initiative Delivery, and Inventory)
• Ownership of defining target markets, segments, and the go-to-market sales strategies
• Responsible for breakthroughs like SD-NOS focusing on DCS by better collaboration with MOT Multi-Functional Team, rGBU team and MDO PS team
• Deliver >98.5% CFR by coming 13 weeks micro supply management with DRPer and CtD compliance based macro supply monitoring with rGBU PS team
• Responsible for T&W - deliver the Firm target and saving idea delivery; Inventory/NPI - Inventory reduction is key by collaboration with rGBU PS team; SD-NOS delivery - SD-NOS is one of biggest opportunity we PS contribute to the business directly; Zero SQI/QI and proper operation behind rGBU SQI/QI. Quality is one of biggest opportunity and need better collaboration with rGBU by keep educating them for high quality requirement; Initiative / MDO led promotion delivery - collaboration with rGBU IDL and lead MDO led customization plan behind FCR process; OS/SLA regular review with rGBU for better supply capability and support to G2MS.

• Leads development and execution of Oral Care and ADM business strategy for the Category. The strategy is designed to meet or exceed the profit forecast for that Category
MDO Quality Assurance Leader (February 2011 - March 2013)
• Be the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for all QA related issues and provide advice, setup system, review SOPs with 3PL and Customization Third Party.
• Deploy MDO technical standards to Distribution Centre and Customization sites while coaching the sites to have an effective change control process for managing technical standards updates.
• Review and Approve validation protocols (e.g. HQI).
• Lead the establishment of the QA systems and development of QA capabilities in Singapore MDO and provide ongoing quality management.
• Manage/investigate/resolve QA issues and set up regular scorecard review with the CM management team.
• Provide training needed for Singapore MDO
• Lead QA assessment (SIP & 3M) and qualification of new vendor from QA perspective.
• Review assessment results and work in tandem with 3PL to develop & close Action Plans.
• Establish robust warehouse management controls (e.g. Age control, temperature/humidity control, Market Returns control, Mock Recall, Disposals, DC Operations, etc)
• Report any QI/SQI into QA system (GQIS)
SAP MMCS/ STX Business Expert (February 2011 - March 2013)
• Be the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for all SAP related issues and provide system fix or coordinate with SNS/ Business Expert for higher guidance.
• Performs system reversal
• Performs lane set up testing
• Troubleshoots any issues on SAP
• Ensures correct access given to each 3PL
Customization Leader (February 2011 - March 2013)
• Be the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for all customization related projects
• Handles Third Party Customization Site
• Base and customized products planning based on current on hand, forecast and demand level.
• Coordinates with different departments - marketing, brand managers, finance, purchasing, market planners, supply planners, logistics, and other related departments to ensure no delays in timeline
• Reports KPIs regarding cost, delivery on time, stock level
• Ensure delivery on time by planning capacity ahead of time and creating priority levels
• Provides and executes customization related savings plan
