- Observes proper decorum in the performance of official functions to protect the interest of the company’s clients especially on confidential matters
- Responsible for arranging international hotel and flight bookings for the MD
- Attends to international/local incoming and outgoing calls
- Maintains an organized filing system and complete files of clients’ project wise.
- Keeps records and updates staff HR Files
- Process new applications, renewals, and cancellations of employment visa for office staff
- Manages the company vehicle files, registration renewals and payment of fines
- Manages office boy and over all cleanliness in the office
- Manages day to day issues in the office pertaining to Telephone and Internet connections, Pantry and Office supplies
- Courier preparation for international shipments, which includes preparation of airway bill, scheduling of pickup and follow up till delivery
- Set up & maintains the company’s Database
- Ensures all Company Legal and Governmental documents (licenses, insurance, etc.) are up to date.

- Drafts important mails, appointment letters and memos from the CEO
- Manages the leasing and selling of the real estate properties of the CEO
- Keeps records and updates staff HR Files
- Process new applications, renewals, and cancellations of employment visa for office staff
- Manages the company vehicle files, registration renewals and service maintenance
- Organises driver movements, office boys and over all order and cleanliness in the office
- Manages day to day issues in the office pertaining to Electricity, Telephone and Internet connections, Pantry and Office supplies
