•Coordinates with recruitment agencies and training team for the induction and on-boarding process of the outsource employees.
•Maintained HR records of Sales Team by recording new hires, transfers, terminations, changes in job classifications in sales tracker and HRMS database.
•Ensured all Performance appraisals were received/submitted to HR and done on time by Sales Team.
