- In-charge of the implementation, control, and efficient documentation of all transactions on oil, petroleum and gas trading starting from the negotiation with the buyers and suppliers, to securing Tenders and POs, checking of the required product specifications, arranging with freight forwarders, coordinating with inspectors and other agents, and making sure that all shipping documents submitted to consignees are in proper order.
- Commercial functions: Highly involved in the preparation of costing and pricing proposals, business planning and negotiations, and in coming up with the most viable business solutions
- Acts as the chief executive officer and is in-charge of the over-all and usual operations of the Foundation subject to the direction and supervision of the President and the Board of Directors focusing on strategic development, people management, community relations, financial management, donation drive, outreach programs, scholarship grants, training programs for microentrepreneurs, and environmental consciousness.
- Develops policy, directs and coordinates human resources activities, such as employment, compensation, job evaluation/ analysis, labor relations, benefits, training and employment services.
- In charge of the identification, planning, implementation and evaluation of training interventions/ programs and administers performance management system.
- Troubleshoots high speed internet connections via inbound calls for DSL consumers in the USA.
- Teaches general mathematics and science courses of students from various disciplines.
- Teaches mathematics courses of students from various disciplines.
As a Researcher:
- Monitors the timely submission of pertinent bank reports to external offices such as Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP), Philippine Deposit Insurance Corporation (PDCP), Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) and others.
- Prepares Comprehensive and Updated Business Continuity Plan for the bank in consonance with the requirement of BSP.
- Assists in the conception of responses and justifications with regard to the audit findings by BSP and other external auditors.
- Makes studies and researches from time to time with regard to the operations of the bank in accordance with the rules and regulations mandated by government agencies such as DOLE, BIR, PDIC, and others.
- Sees to it that bank complies with all BSP regulations and other external provisions to prevent from being subjected to penalty impositions.
- Monitors branches on a statistical basis.
- Prepares, analyzes, consolidates and presents Performance Reports with regard to the operational conditions of the bank.
- Assists in the formulation and preparation of marketing plans and strategies.
- Conducts studies and researchers for the bank’s benefit.
As a Training Analyst:
- Formulates and recommends training and seminars needed by employees.
- Evaluates invitations for government/labor related seminars for recommendations to higher management.
- Submits proposals on human resources development aspect.
- Functions as initial evaluator in the recruitment role of the department.
- Initiates orientations for new employees.
- Assists in the performance appraisal/ evaluation of employees.

Aside from my Bachelor's degree, i have also completed 45 units in Master in Business Administration, earned 18 teaching units in Education, and earned some unit in MS Mathematics. My career exposure, prior to my current field in Dubai, was mostly a combination of teaching (in college level) and human relations in banking setting.
