• Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying to management.

• Manages daily office operations and maintaining accurate records for all purchased vehicles.
• Monitors the stocks of vehicles, which includes booking, notification, follow-ups, documentation and delivery to the customer’s location.
• Receive and release units on daily basis and updating the same in physical stock.
• Coordinating with logistics and suppliers to enhance faster and better delivery process.
• Updates website like Dubizzle, Autozel and Getthat.
