Duties and Responsibilities
• Transactional Audit
1. Audits all cash and bank payment documentations done in the field prior to booking
2. Conducts weekly tag-up calls with programs for updates and to discuss current issues of non -compliance
3. Reports non-compliant programs subject to management's further investigation

• Training & Support
1. Conducts petty cash & online systems training to custodians in the field
2. Issues Petty Cash Custodian Certificate to authorize rights to act as a custodian
3. Travels overseas to act as a reliever in the accounts department & to observe the operations actual field operations for reporting to top management
4. Assists in all queries necessary to conduct all cash responsibilities from booking, compliance and meeting system requirements.

• Accounting
1. Books all petty cash and bank transactions on a weekly & month-end
2. Works with Accounts Payable, Cash Receipts and General Ledger modules
3. Prepares monthly reconciliation of accounts from different fields
