Make outbound calls to customers as part of the after sales service.
• Respond to inquiries from customers • Preparing quotes of policy costs, explaining coverage • Input data into the computer and organize filing systems
• keep detailed records of customer transactions and concerns and follow up on customer interactions
• Answer customer queries via email or telephone • Handles export sales for full range of IT products and Consumer electronics

• Perform as back-up Product Manager Coordination to head office with product related issue
