» Capture / calculate, analyze, report and recommend on project data including schedule, cost/budget, risk, quality and safety.
» Undertake variance analysis and trends analysis on project data
» Review commitments, expenditures, calculate accruals and develop forecasts for ETC and EAC.
» Develop cash flow forecasts.
» Support / perform integration of scope, cost and schedule within the WBS and ensure mapping is accurate on an on-going basis.
» Ensure WBS is up to date and accurate on on-going basis.
» Perform Earned Value calculations relative to cost and schedule; provides overall performance measurement and related forecasting.
» Track and maintain Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and metrics including EV, variances, trends, production rates, etc.
» May produce and/or support probabilistic modeling through the use of software / computational algorithms.
» Maintain current cost control database.
» Review proposed schedule changes with construction personnel, client and contractors and assess impact on cost / budget.
» Promptly anticipates cost overages or other unsatisfactory cost elements and prepares cost exception reports.
» Support, annually, a fiscal budget and past period cost performance report
» Support, monthly, a consolidated program cost performance report.

» Aptitude to Lead and Supervise Tendering, Procurement, Operations and Administrative Teams.
» Ability to prepare and monitor budget cost and forecasting business revenue.
» Helped the company optimize resources and the supply chain, reduce costs, manage changes, meet delivery dates, and ultimately make better decisions all by using real-time data thru the use of Project Portfolio Management System by Primavera and Microsoft Project.
» Come up with solution to control and mitigate actual cost to meet the budget cost.
» Review contractual certificates, guarantees, bonds and insurances required under Contract for compliance and issuance in due time.
» Review, Prepare and negotiate subcontract agreements with Procurement Department.
» Evaluate, validate subcontract quotations.
» Ensure that terms of the contract with the client are effectively adhered to, and that goods or services are delivered in line with client expectations.
» Review Site Managers Weekly and Monthly progress report.
» Establish weekly/ monthly internal meetings with Site Managers to ascertain actual site running cost vs. budget cost.
» Assist in the coordination of the processing of monthly applications for payments and reviewing invoice submission to Client.
» Review and approving Sub-contract and vendor payments.
» Regular reporting to General Manager, Managers on site/product/service performance and issues.
» May be responsible for some payroll duties.
» Comply in implementation of quality control documentation relating to quality management.
» Comply in implementation of HSE control documentation relating to HSE management.
» Participate in the internal and external site audits
» Verify that the quality of goods are in accordance with the applicable codes and standards
» Coordinate with the site construction manager on all contractual issues.

» Highly experienced in preparing Technical and Commercial Bids.
» Capable of working under reasonable demands.
» Analyzing scope of work, assessing quantum and size of work, manpower requirements and preparing bid review for management bid/no-bid decision
» Reviewing technical requirements, specifications to ensure compliance with clients requirements
» Preparing Technical bids, if required, as per tender scope of work requirements
» Planning using (MS Project) the project schedule and manpower resources
» Ability to interpret and estimate tender Conceptual designs and drawings.
» Aptitude to Lead and Supervise Tendering, Procurement, Operations and Administrative Teams.
» Participate in Bid Teams in estimating Quantities.
» Estimate Direct and Indirect Costs related to each work activity.
