Hired the waitresses and other staff and trained them how to work properly in their assigned area. Supervised the daily operation of the restaurant, makes the solutions of all problems encountered everyday, like customer complaints for food or services and other problems within the firm. Checking the cleanliness of the restaurant, & organizes the decorations. Ordering all the raw materials and needs of the restaurant to all the suppliers. Checking the monthly statement of account for the payment to all suppliers, and after the approval of the boss prepares the cheque. Makes the bill of the customers and accept the payment either cash or cards, can be gift certificates also. In-charged of phone calls, accept the reservations, and phone orders. Recording daily sales and expenses, and make the monthly accounting report. Kept the cash sales when the boss is out of country or in vacation, and makes the report during the turned over. Prepares the inventory when it's needed. Prepares and distributes daily reports; assures all data reported on the daily reports is accurate and verifies all ledger balances daily. Reconciles daily financial closing reports, gift certificate/card discrepancies, and customer disputes. Complete and issues daily reports of the counter overages & shortages. Established an efficient income audit system to ensure the all revenue for the restaurant is properly accounted for. Manage human and physical assets of his/her assigned area of responsibility within the framework of the established policy and procedures of the restaurant, in order to achieve established pre-planned goals while assuring optimum professional development of all employees directly responsible to him/her.
