Established an efficient income audit system to ensure the all revenue for the restaurant is properly accounted for. Manage human and physical assets of his/her assigned area of responsibility within the framework of the established policy and procedures of the restaurant, in order to achieve established pre-planned goals while assuring optimum professional development of all employees directly responsible to him/her.
