-Booking the daily transactions.
-Booking Debit notes and Prepaid Charges.
-Managing Suppliers aging and payments
-Preparing statement reconciliation (banks and suppliers)
-Reporting to Omnicom Group the working capital
-Assisting the Chief accountant and CFO in the monthly and yearly closing.

-Handle data entry and aging operations.
- Perform reconciliation by checking the correspondence between the bank statements, the
available data (resulting from the data entry and aging processes), and the received cash.
- Validate the suppliers’ statements of accounts.
- Prepare the janitor’s monthly salaries.
- Assist senior accountants in the preparation of yearly closings.
- Conduct filing of all monthly invoices.
