· Assisting guest’s to appropriate personnel, and entertaining as well.

· Answering and direct Transferring calls to appropriate personnel, take messages and provide general information.

· Handling office tasks, scanning, encoding data’s and filing all the important documents such as invoices and receipt voucher's.

· In charge in making Gate Pass for the staff's and Inputting daily reports in the system.

· In charge and taking stock, ordering office and pantry supplies.

· Responsible in preparing and handling cheque's for collection.

· Responsible to call the couriers for collection and for sending documents.

· Responsible to make payments, such as utility bills (Dewa, Etisalat, Du and Salik) and filling Credit Cards.

· Responsible in Receiving/Sending Emails, Processing and directing mails and incoming packages or deliveries from/to courier services.

· Filing Invoices/Files, taking memos, Writing and issuing emails to teams and departments on behalf of teams or senior staff.

· Researching and Booking travel arrangement for staff members.
