●Supervises the entire operation and allocates tasks among the team
● Petty Cash Custodian
- manages the allocated petty cash for the station
- keeps full record and documentation (e.g. receipts) for reconciliation and replenishment using the Oracle application
- prepares monthly petty cash balance reports and the full reconciliation for the month
● Carries out system filing including Staff Personal and Training records and Attendance Records (Biometrics System), station's invoices, contracts, miscellaneous invoices, temporary operating institutions, passengers' manifests, flight plans, ticket lists, and pax information list
● Mishandled Baggage Agent
- follows up and coordinates with our Third Party Baggage Contractor
and constantly updates our customers with Damage Luggage Cases
and ensures to settle issues on a timely manner - prepares Monthly Baggage Report and sends it to the hub
● Prepares the Minutes of the Monthly Meetings
● Ensures during flight operations that all
passengers who are accepted
to travel are meeting the requirements of the destination
as per Travel Information Manual
