span all specialties. The unit is an 8 bedded ward. Key responsibilities include: • Carry out doctor's order,
• Provide medication and injections as prescribed by the doctor,
• Monitor patient vital signs, administer Intravenous Fluids and oxygen,
• Supervise changes in patient's status and assist Doctor during treatment,
• Provide general nursing care to all patients,
• Liaise with the ward manager in handling patient care record including nursing care plans, nursing
assessments, nursing notes, referrals and drug charts
