- Handling overseas and local recruitment process.
- Support the business unit during manpower forecasting.
- Regularly interact with business units & line managers to assess manpower requirements
- Weekly communication with all departments to identify vacancies at early stages.
- Plan, assess and implement the right sourcing channel / media for different positions such as adverts / online portals / social networking platforms/ overseas hiring.
- Preparing all required documents related to overseas hiring; job orders.
- Interact with HR managers and department managers to develop a good understanding of the job role and finer aspects of the requirement.
- Interact with agencies to ensure quality candidates with right experience & background are shortlisted for the positions to be hired.
- Initial screening, interviewing candidates both local and overseas hires.
- Brief the candidate about the responsibilities, salary & benefits and terms of employment of the job in question.
- Competencies based interviewing and prepare briefings on each candidate to enable the department to develop a proper perspective of the differentiated value the candidate brings.
- Negotiate pay and salary rates and finalize arrangements with the candidates.
- Coordinate with government relations department to ensure smooth deployment.
- Assist the candidates with the on boarding process.
