- Defining Scope of needs: organize and  hold  meetings, assistance for preparing the request for proposal.
ERP Integration
- General Design : organize and hold project and steering committees, define client functional requirements, validate business rules, document client functional needs, study adequacy and localization per country,
- Detailed Design : customize the approved solution,  coordinate and validate financial flows inter-domains (sales, procurement, stock…), analyze and follow up development activity within the project, hand over for key persons,
- Training : plan and co ordinate training sessions for users,
- Unit tests and users : supervise and schedule tests plans, users assistance, co-ordinate requests follow up,
- Go Live Assistance : preparation production environment, on site users assistance.
