Provides basic customer service for a high volume of primarily routine inbound telephone calls with the objective of selling new or additional products and/or services while providing customer satisfaction and retention.
Interacts with customers and company sales and/or service representatives to handle a variety of functions.
Answers non-technical questions regarding company products and determines the status of returns, repairs, replacements, orders, delivery schedules, etc.
Maintains records of returns, schedule changes, product enhancements or changes, and product pricing. Resolves return credit problems.
May answer billing questions. May take orders by telephone and handles correspondence from customers and representatives. Quotes prices and delivery dates. Responsible for closing the sale as appropriate, and receives sales incentives.
Responsible mainly for HR functions.

Filing and documentation.
Replying to company emails on behalf of the CEO.
Assist in the clerical work of the CEO.
• Taught Conversational English, English Composition, Effective Reading and Writing to Koreans, Japanese as well as Chinese people as a second language.
• Responsible for writing and distributing reports, letters, memos and other business correspondence.
• Plan, set up and coordinate meetings like organizing the venue and times, informing participants, preparing agendas and organizing documentation.
