• Upon checkout, calculate guest’s final bill and collect payment
• Answer main phone line and direct calls
• Oversee reception area, greeting visitors, taking coats, offering beverages
• Receive, sort, and post mail and packages
• Assist with meeting preparation and taking minutes
• Assist with keeping common areas organized (including reception, meeting rooms)
• Welcoming guests with a smile
