• prepare monthly bank reconciliation for all banks (Local and international)
• reconciliation of Stock on month end and Quarter ends
• Support HR and administration in preparation of payroll,
expenses and cash claims
• Forecasting estimated weekly income based on analysis
of customer SOA and raise reports to the center team
• Monitor customers credit limits and make sure they
liaise with the contract terms
• Invoicing customers as required and recovering costs
from other company entities
• Support finance manager on new market entries project
• Collection of invoices dues and passing entries in
system (receipts) and match them accordingly
• Manage inter-company accounts and arrange for
invoicing, collecting and matching funds accordingly
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors for quarter
audit sessions and provide documentation required for
audit purposes
• Checking final audit reports before submissions to the
higher board
• Support finance manager in new projects by preparing
the cash budget and preparing full financial report of
estimated cost and income
• Monitor purchase orders and petty cash for different
locations and ensure they’re within their cash limits
• monitoring delegation of authority charts and updating
them as advised by management
• In accounts payables: booking invoices and ensuring
they’re online with the FTA requirements and clearing the
related purchases orders on system
• Issuing payments to suppliers and employees as
required
• Creating new vendors on ISP systems
• Prepare KPI’s on monthly and quarterly basis
• Analysis of current department’s performance and
setting up a correction plan for ongoing issue
• Coordinate with internal audit team and providing
requirements
• Monitoring employee’s attendance and maintaining
monthly attendance records
• Work with Dubai Government excellence awards and
excellence department for the award by preparing department/employee files
