• Conduct all travel arrangements and logistics for business travel
• Work on diferent time zones (depending on CEO's place of embarkation)
• Schedule, book and delegate meetings as well as meeting rooms, whilst coordinating catering (if required)
• Greet & acquaint visitors entering the ofice, determine nature & purpose of their visit; directing them to the right destination
• Maintain an internal/external professional relationship with all related C Level managers and their assistants for all correspondences
