I am an in-house Human Capital Consultant my role is to act as the strategic people practice leader
in the regions I cover. I advise and guide the management team on people practices.
I coach managers to drive performance, address performance issues, build culture and resolve conflict. I also write and manage policies, templates and documentation. I provide consultation on
company's internal policies and human resources best practice.
I help employees and managers have career conversation and plan their careers paths with unifonic
to align with our people strategy to develop and upskill our internal talent.

Working on Implementation of SAP SuccessFactors (Onboarding & Performance Management)

Developing and Overseeing L&D programs
Developing Talent Management policy.
Recruiter at Central Recruitment Team (14 SBUs).
Executing the entire Recruitment & Selection Process
Evaluating and supporting the improvement of Recruitment department process and procedures
Assisting with training and on-boarding of new recruitment officers
Coordinating with recruitment/travel agencies and hiring managers.
Supporting the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors.

In addition to my duties as a recruitment coordinator, I am responsible for hiring, supervising and Training a successful team by:
Supervising the female section to ensure employees are meeting the requirements and execute their tasks successfully.
Providing training in sourcing and the use of tools of trade to the new employees
Constantly supporting recruitment officers with sourcing and shortlisting
Resolving any problems with employees or company related parties
Analysing employee and company performance
Providing feedback on employees to the manager
Finding solutions to improve efficiency
Minimising turnover
• Contacting, colleges, media, and internet sites to build sources.
• Determining applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.
• Writing job description
• Attracting applicants by placing job advertisements using job sites, contacts and social media.
• Determining applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analysing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements.
• Arranging interviews by coordinating schedules
• Evaluating applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers;
• Persuading and negotiating with desirable individuals to become applicants for matching vacancies.
• Working closely with manager and team.
• Studying job markets and upcoming opportunities
• Laising between clients and candidates to ensure that candidates are placed on timely manner.
