Responsibilities:
1- Receive and respond to customer service account inquiries on account balances, transaction details, statements and fees and charges.
2- Open new accounts/Closing accounts.
3- Inquiries on internet services.
4- Overseas transfers.
5- Promote bank products and services.
6-Identify customer needs.
7- Update personal details for personal and business customers such as address and name details.
8- Receive deposits and issuing funds upon request.
9- Issue cheque books.
10- Issue ATM cards.
11- Provide product brochures for customers.
KPI:-
•Refer customers who request to open business accounts and business credit cards to relationship manager.
•Refer customers who request loan, superannuation and insurance products to a financial adviser or financial planner
•complaints 2% less
•exception of cases less than 5%
