- Collaborate with Sales and Account Managers to determine necessary strategic sales approaches
- Create and deliver qualified opportunities to Account Managers where appropriate
- Maintain company’s database of customers and prospects
- Ensure follow ups by passing leads to Account Managers with calls to action and profile information
- Assist in creating responses to potential clients
- When and where necessary, provides support marketing effort on trade shows, exhibits and other events
Make outbound follow up calls to existing clients via telephone or email to cross sell or upsell
Handle inbound unsolicited prospect calls and try to convert them to sales
- Provides customer support and assistance on customer complaints
- Emphasize product/service features and benefits, quote prices, discuss credit terms
- Prepare sales order forms, proforma invoices and pre-shipment documents
- Monitor customer accounts, payments and delivery schedules
- Monitor stock level of fast moving materials versus production details and delivery frequency
➢ Seeking reliable vendors with high quality merchandise at reasonable cost
➢ Ensures purchases are of par quality to the hotel's standards
➢ Negotiates contracts & terms with suppliers
➢ Maintain reliable list of suppliers keeping back ups of secondary & tertiary vendors
➢ Determining quantity & timing of upcoming deliveries
➢ Forecasting of upcoming demands
➢ Product procurement and inventory
➢ Maintain supplier-customer repertoire
➢ Generate and spearhead marketing plans for business growth and development
➢ Ensure to achieve revenue goals
➢ Acts as credit and cost controller.
➢ Manages the company’s accounts receivables and payables.

➢ Coordinates with the various operations and support units to ensure timely and accurate cost data is available for preparation of cost reports
➢ Preparation of costing sheets for all arriving imports
➢ Tasked to achieve cost savings and identify all deviations such as proper forecast for purchase of materials and products
➢ Acting over all in charge of business operations.
➢ In charge for local and foreign goods purchases, customs documentation and goods clearance
➢ Handles proper stock and supply forecast for smooth goods supply and timely delivery to customers
➢ Coordinates with volume requirement of customer resorts and hotels for on time delivery especially during high season
➢ Deals with foreign and logistics partners for on time shipment arrivals
➢ Outsourcing of products not available in our product line for general trade and supply
