• Inputting Warehouse Write off document (inbound consignments and warehouse itself).
• Preparing, compiling and sorting the information, before it will finalize to enter in the system.
• Verifies the good stocks, damages and expiry in the said document.
• Entered customer and account data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering data.
• Releasing invoice.
• Maintaining records by following the stock in SAP system
• Checking emails and answering phone queries.
• Stock taking, inventory stock control.
• Checking the items physically in the warehouse, whatever written in the invoice, before the storekeeper will load and deliver in the customer.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
