In my current role, I handle the full accounting cycle, including journal entries, general ledger, bank reconciliation, VAT, corporate tax, payroll, accounts payable and receivable, and financial reporting. I also have hands-on experience with Odoo ERP, SAP, and IFRS compliance.

My strengths include financial statement preparation, budgeting, cash flow management, and audit support—always ensuring accuracy and compliance while improving efficiency.

Duties and responsibility

•Prepare and Present Monthly, Quarterly & Annual. Financial Reports.
•Prepare & Supervise all month-end, Year-end Accounting Procedures preparation of journal Entry for general ledger fiction.(Prepaid, expense, accrued, deferred income, bank reconciliation, AP/AR)
•Prepare and Submit Bank, reconciliation report collection report, monthly sale report, weekly Sale report, Customer receivables and aging report Monthly& weekly.
• Monitor bank account balance, Reconciling bank statement identifies discrepancies and errors to ensure accuracy in cash management .
• Separated the preparation, verification and entry of AP/AR Invoice into the SAP Business. 1st system ensuring Adherence to protocols.
•performs daily petty cash management, Bank Deposits, distribution of Cash recept & Transaction to Accounts sub ledger.
• Monitor & Analysis of financial performance providing Insight and recommendation to management.
• Cost Distribution & Allocation between Division & Petty cash Management.
