• Collaborates with senior leadership to understand the organizations goals and strategy related to staffing, recruiting, and retention.
• Plans, leads, develops, coordinates, and implements policies, processes, training, initiatives, and surveys to support the organizations human resource compliance and strategy needs.
• Administers or oversees the administration of human resource programs including, but not limited to, compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development.
• Identifies staffing and recruiting needs; develops and executes best practices for hiring and talent management.
• Conducts research and analysis of organizational trends including review of reports and metrics from the organizations human resource information system (HRIS) or talent management system.
• Monitors and ensures the organizations compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews and modifies policies and practices to maintain compliance.
• Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law; applies this knowledge to communicate changes in policy, practice, and resources to upper management.
• Develops and implements departmental budget.
• Facilitates professional development, training, and certification activities for HR staff.
• Performs other duties as required.
Develop and implement short/long term HR business plan aligned with corporate strategy.

Work proactively to ensure effective Saudization
Take a leadership role in developing a culture and methodology that enables employees to perform in accordance to the organizations’ objectives.
Effectively plan, design, develop and evaluate human resource-related initiatives that support organizational strategic goals.
Lead performance management, talent assessment and effective employee relationships, including negotiating and administering HR agreements.
Supervise staff and consult to management on issues regarding implementation of policies and procedures, safety of the workforce, recruiting and hiring high-performing employees, employee relations, strategic staffing plans, compensation, benefits, training and development and other human resources issues.
Direct the development and implementation of organizational development programs; employee orientation and training programs, benefits plans, policies and guidelines, database management procedures, employment programs and employee records and documentation policies.
Ensuring 100% compliance with the Ministry of Labor and other governing authorities. Planning and overseeing all department manpower budgets
To define and achieve annual IMS objectives & targets of department.
Overall responsible for risk assessment of department and applying control measures to reduce risk for safety hazards.
To control significant environmental aspects of department.
Perform other task as assigned by senior management
