1. Advise and support the country director in managing the safety and security of NRC staff, partners, operations, premises and refugees or persons of concern.
2. Implement, review, and update the security management plans in compliance with NRC global safety and security standards and requirements.
3. Conduct HSS risk assessments.
4. Ensure safety and security protocol, reporting mechanism, and staff capacity building are in place.
5. Develop and maintain relationships with security-related actors.
6. Provide country-relevant security advice and training to NRC staff.

1. Manage and supervise procurement in line with NRC rules and regulations.
2. Responsible for the correct implementation of procurement procedures and respect of donors’ requirements.
