• Review Inspection Test Plans as submitted by the Contractors and ensure compliance with Contract requirements. Analyzing test results periodically and recommend action. Maintain records of test results and corrective actions taken, if any. Review of off-site testing and certificates of compliance.
• Responsible for periodic sampling of different materials (soil, concrete, aggregate, cement, slag, water, steel, waterproofing materials, sealants, grouts, admixtures, concrete repair chemicals etc.) used in project and their testing thereof.
• Checking all materials to be used in the project and ensuring compliance of used materials with project's specifications.
• Attend all activities on site and ensure their compliance with QA/QC procedure in respect of the format signed off by Contractor’s QA/QC representative.
• Conduct and/or Participate in Client Quality or Technical Compliance Audits for Contractors, Sub-Contractors or Vendors.
• Review the Contract documents for each Construction Package in respect of QA/QC requirements and procedures and advise the Contracts Manager of any deficiency.
• Review QA/QC site organization, key personnel CVs as submitted by the Contractors.
• Review QA/QC Procedures and Document Control as submitted by the Contractors and ensure implementation is in compliance with Contract requirements.
• Taking care of on-site concrete batching plant.

• Overall responsibility for production planning, ensuring smooth shipping process, meeting the production deadlines, minimizing downtime, improving production and extracting maximum production from the existing system.
• Ensuring smooth operations of plant, managing the entire plant for troubleshooting, manpower and proper communication between different departments.
• Material management, Production management and Man management responsibilities.
• Involved in technical mix design, laboratory trials, plant trials etc., and coordinating with laboratory staff in order to optimize the concrete quality/quantity.
• Responsible for process optimization studies. The sections covered are quarry, raw mix design, raw material grinding, preheating, pyro-processing, finish grinding, environmental aspects as well as quality assurance.
• Reduce the cost of production and achieve the laid down targets against the benchmarks. Developing the internal manpower by arranging technical sessions for awareness about technical aspects of process engineering. Plan and implement seminars and training programs.
• Plant optimization studies, Operations consultancy, Techno-economic feasibility studies.
