 Monitoring the BSS network in Riyadh
 1st level troubleshooting the mobile access failure and request a Field Engineer/NFM to attend the CF, TF, TRX, TX or etc failure depend on Internal Fault Map Class list.
 Escalating any failure to field engineer/NFM as an alarm, link down, internal alarms and monitoring the performance of networks.
 Request and informed to Transmission Microwave Engineer (MLM) for any BSS failure on links and Commercial power failure as a Hub Sites categories.
 Sending Escalation, Update & Clearances message for Major or Critical issued on as a procedure guide.(e.g.: Sending within 15 minutes & Cleared time after 15minutes & Group).
 Updating message every 2 hours for BSS Critical issues as a procedure guide.
 Produce trouble ticket for network failure and updated in Daily Report for reference.
 To co-ordinate with Ericsson Team and Ericsson subcontractor during the BSS activities or MDT to ensure that activities or MDT are successful and recorded in our Site Access Log & Daily Report.
 Perform continuous availability and connectivity of network management system for every elements or sources.
 Performed weekly backup and at times as a procedure guide.
