- Monitor projects development on a daily basis in partnership with concern unit and other
departments in KFMC based on the agreed Project Implementation and Action Plans .
- Support departments by Identifying training needs within an organization, designing and
expanding training programs based on the needs of the department and the individual .
- Creating policy and procedures which help to guideline the work mechanism in the
institution
- Managing the Acquiring team.
- Making weekly report, monthly report, annual evaluation and team service evaluation
- Handling complains from CCHI & SAMA .
