- Manage and develop the technical & surveying department and meet their training needs in all required aspects.
- Plan and develop technical activities and technical resources in the project.
- Plan, design, and verify Construction, Infrastructure and Road works, including Operating Software.
- Ensure that methodologies, technical standards, and specifications are followed and supervise this during the project work stages.
- Supervise the technical implementation and followed the project's internal resources.
- Provide guidance, support and evaluation to the technical & surveying team and inspire them to develop their competency to maintain the required standards.
- Provide guidance, support and technical expertise to department managers, staff and subcontractors.
- Provide guidance and technical support to upper management in the project.
- Supervise the survey teams and perform the most complex works on the field survey team.
- Perform all survey works in the project accurately and efficiently, such as topographic survey, setting out, calculate quantities, work reports, as-built after construction stages.
- Preparation of topographical maps and other survey drawings.
- Establish of Traverse networks, survey control points and corrected it.
- Provide support and advice to a design, supervision and engineers, contractors before the design process, starting of project and throughout the stages of work.
- Reviewing the submitted shop drawings in relation to the coordinates, levels, before start of project and throughout the stages of work.
- Coordinate all works and comparing them to each other.
- Provide support and advice to survey manager, survey teams and work to raise its efficiency and develop skills continuously.
