• Preparing Final settlements, Gratuity, leave salary and all employee benefits.
• Familiar with Policies and HR Forms.
• Organizing localization in departments and initiate action for
recruitment.
• Collaborate with the team to make HR KPI rate stable.
• Collaborate with HO team for such work related to GOSI, HRDF,
MOI, HRSD,
SCE and MOFA.
• Collaborate with the Training team for DFP, GP and HIPF
employees and
maintain their issues.
• Create good environment for work in department and maintain
the complains.
• Review daily and monthly minutes and follow the issues in the
HRD.
• Orientation of new joiners.
• Managing the health insurance of employees and platform.
• Assist the department with the management evaluation of performance.
• Manage employee’s attendance and overtime calculations.
• Responsible for monthly payroll and maintain payroll information as required.
• Respond to employees’ inquiries, requests, and handling employee complaints.
• Responsible for preparing HR letters and bank transfers.
• Responsible for audit all administrative work related to company employees like missions, excuses, penalties, vacations schedule, attendance & social insurance.
• Follow and maintain the HR database and regularly update the personnel information.
• Review the employees' Monthly Attendance, Deducting the absenteeism, Late, early leave, and penalties from their salaries.
• Ensuring that all employees have valid Contracts
• Ensuring that all those employees required Heath Cards to work, are holding valid cards and keep an updated file at all times .
• General Employee inductions and ensure that employees are aware of Personnel policies, procedures.
• Managing, Monitor and control all the employees and the activities in the departments.
• Process all transaction into SAP system.
• Keep an updated record on employees’ vacation schedule by making holiday plan schedule available within all departments.
• Ensure all employee records are maintained and updated with new hire information or changes in employment status.
• Identify the company’s hiring needs and manage the recruitment process to ensure it runs smoothly.
• Respond to employees’ queries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
