Providing sufficient and appropriate information, reports, statements and analysis to External and SOX auditors. Responsible for Audit, preparation of audit schedules and interfacing with the auditors during the external audit process.
Ensure the month end close and MIS as per the global reporting timetable, reviewing to ensure that critical accounts are reconciled to underlying documentation, that transactions are coded accurately in line with accounting policies.
Analysis of all Balance Sheet and Cost accounts and perform working capital reviews.
Working in conjunction with the various Tax Departments, Statutory payment of direct & indirect tax and other tax liabilities and filing of periodic returns, TDS, Income Tax, VAT, Service Tax, Employee tax calculations, true ups, booking of tax provisions and monitoring tax accounts movements.
Preparation of financial statements in accordance with regulatory requirements.
Analyze the treasury activities monthly and ensure all transactions are settled on time.
Setting Standard Operating Procedures in finance processes.
Preparing monthly aging reports of Trade receivables and Trade Payables.
