Monitor SQL Servers’ health and performance on client’s premises (Alpha Bank, OPAP, Aegean Airlines, Eurobank).
• Configure and maintain MS SQL servers and processes, in accordance to best practices and clients’ standards (performance and security).
• Track and report performance issues on SQL Server environments and recommend improvements on SQL Server configuration.

Facilitated the design of the budget forecast, by gathering and analyzing payroll data such as salary costs of the current year, employee turnover and employments, personnel benefits and provided future personnel costs, in compliance to the law regulations and business needs.
Provided ad hoc reports to the internal audit and business functions, such as Finance & IT, for HR & Payroll issues such as number of personnel per month of the current or previous years, personnel and benefits' costs.

Participated in ad-hoc cases such as providing reports regarding organizational changes, employee and upper management benefits and employee training.
• Assisted in the development of the HR digital workflow system, by communicating with all the HR departments, collecting & processing data in order to prepare appropriate documentation, as well as proposing alternative solutions, which would enhance the end-users’ experience.
• Participated in the conduct of the OTE group’s Voluntary Exit Scheme, by gathering and summarizing all appropriate data, communicating and delivering custom packages to the program’s beneficiaries, in accordance to the national labor legislation and the business needs.

Directly reporting to the product manager, drafting and archiving reports, letters and
documents for clients, whereas maintained integrity to classified documents.
• Demonstrated strong team working skills by being part of a team which provided support to
the bank’s branches and departments of the central branch (legal advice and accountancy
sectors).
