Responsibilities
Review of 100 + contract drawings, project specifications and submission of RFI's when deficiencies or ambiguities arise
Review, submission, coordination with consultants and suppliers for approval of Material submittals and method statements related for Electrical systems.
Attendance, follow-ups and liaison with Site engineers, sub contractors, Consultants and third party inspectors for approvals on inspection requests related to installations, Testing & Commissioning (Pre-functional, Functional, final ) for ELV systems (Fire alarm &Public address Voice alarm (including cause and effect), Emergency lighting, Lighting control system, Audio visual system, CCTV system, Video intercom system, Access control system, SMATV system, structured cabling(CCTV, Communication, Access control systems), CO system, etc.)
Attendance, follow-ups and liaison with Site engineers, sub contractors, Consultants and third party inspectors for approvals on inspection, requests related to installations, testing & commissioning for LV and standby systems (LV Switchgears, Load shedding System, Diesel generators, Bus bar, and UPS system).
Coordination for authority approvals related to Abu Dhabi Civil defence(ADCD), Abu Dhabi Distribution company(ADDC), Ministry of interior(MOI), etc.
Clearing Bi-yearly examination for the position of Ast Electrical Engineer ADDC, for companies licence renewal
Planning of construction activities using Primavera P6, and submitting Project plans.
Attending site progress meeting with suppliers, clients, architects and consultants.
Coordination and monitoring of day to day site activities and updating/scheduling project plans for timely completion
of the project.
Review of daily progress and Project tracking as per “Look ahead” schedules, and generating weekly progress reports for client & consultant.
Coordination with other MEP services to meet all project management requirements, to optimize project planning.
Review, submission, coordination with consultants and suppliers for Operation and maintenance manuals for Electrical systems as per client specifications.
Coordination and attendance to training's related to Electrical systems.
Quantity Surveying and Variation calculations for Low Voltage and Extra Low voltage Systems.
Rectification and coordination works related to Defects liability.
Defect liability and maintenance works, till final hand over
Attending meetings & negotiations related to tender submissions.
Follow up on submitted tenders.
Review of contract drawings and specifications and Supervision of shop and as built drawings for MSEB (Maharashtra state electricity board) and consultant approval.
Supervision and coordination of Electrical onsite installations.
Submission, coordination and approvals of inspection related to installations, testing & commissioning for ELV system (Fire alarm, PAVA, Intercom, CCTV system)
Submission, coordination and approvals of inspection requests related to installations, testing & commissioning for LV and standby power system (LV Switchgears, Diesel Generator, UPS system)
Attending to site progress meeting with clients, architects and consultants
Supervision and submission of Operation and maintenance manuals and As built drawings for Electrical systems.
Quantity Surveying and Variation calculations for Low Voltage and Extra Low voltage Systems.ce manuals for Electrical systems as per client requirements.
Coordination and attendance to trainings related to Electrical systems.
Rectification and coordination works related to Defects liability.
Defining scope of work, planning of construction activities, for timely and smooth completion of work.
Attending site progress meeting with suppliers, clients, architects and consultants.
Preparation and modification of planning schedules for the Project.
Coordination and monitoring of day to day site activities and updating project schedules as required.
Review of daily progress and Project tracking as per “Look ahead” schedules, and generating weekly progress reports for client & consultant.
Coordination with other MEP services to meet all project management requirements, to optimize project plan.
Resource planning and management as per project plan, schedule and optimum utilization of resources to suffice project plans.
Scope, Quality, Cost, Time, Procurement, Communication, Risk management, for efficient project completion.
