• Proper stocking and ranging of all device models across the region.
• Improve Huawei shelf share and general market share.
• Ensure visibility is maintained in store and outside the store with POSM(point of sale material) placement focusing on key areas that attract customers’ eyes.
• Provide weekly, monthly and ad hoc reports on activities on the ground - competitor activities, pricing, product launches, campaigns, training, new accounts, promotional plans for the month/quarter, sales improvement strategies, team management, failure reports, incentive program and company resources management.
• Product training, sales excellence tips to the Promoters, Merchandisers and shop sales staff.
• Recruitment of new Promoters, Merchandisers and Brand Ambassadors.
• Participate in in store promotions, organized operator activities, supervise general trade/open market activations, plan and execute sales improvement activities for the month/quarter.
• Participate in Promoter/Merchandiser assessment and performance improvement plans.
• Co-ordinate distributor, wholesaler and retailer programs.
• Manage the relationship between end users, retailers and Huawei.
• Visibility both inside and outside the store. Through branding, point of sale material deployment and proper device ranging on the shelves; total channel offering (TCO).
• Stock availability in all the outlets in my route and proper ranging of devices from low to high end.
• Managing the Microsoft/Nokia Incentive program (recruitment and registration of participants through the program portal), planned promotions.
• Training retail staff, store owners and promoters on new Nokia devices and services; sales tips.
• Managing the relationship between the retailers, wholesalers and the distributor.
• Key link between the retailers and Nokia Care. Training retailers and clients on benefits of warranty.
• Provide weekly reports on the Market Share, competitor activity, on-going programs/promotions, and feedback to Microsoft/Nokia, field failure reports, pricing and wholesale/retail order reports.
• Provide support and leadership during activations at the operator and Premium Partner stores.
• Work hand in hand with the wholesalers to ensure they achieve their Wholesaler program targets.
• Managing the Field Force team - Promoters.
• Drive sales of Nokia phones (Low to High end) and accessories.
• Activation of Nokia solutions to help clients maximize on their phone usage.
• Training of particular store staff on new Nokia devices and respective solutions.
• Handling Nokia related queries including promotions, events and device.
• Merchandising both in store and out of the store to enhance brand visibility; distribution of brochures at all the points of sales.
• Provide weekly reports on sales and stock outs, field failure, training and market intelligence.
