Lubricants and Greases Marketing and Sales in MENA Region
1. Creation of a sales department, reaching the required KPI.
2. Improving the efficiency of purchasing and selling of lubricant & greases products.
3. Managing the whole MENA Region.
4. Developed the brand, sales and distribution plan.
5. Achieve the sales volume and gross margin objective of the sales territory for the year as agreed in the lubricants business plan by closely overseeing the sales, forecasting and distribution operations of the assigned territories.
6. Participate in the recruitment and selection of the sales personnel.
7. Plan and conduct the training of the sales personnel on selling skills, basic small store merchandising, market intelligence etc.
8. Achieve the territory’s goal and objectives by working within and not exceeding the approved operating expense budget for the year as indicated in the business plan.
9. Properly utilize and allocate capital expenditure budget for the year by selecting investment projects for the territory that would yield attractive returns.
10. Actively practice and promote operational excellence to the workforce to minimize work related accidents and ensure high reliability and efficiency in bringing the products.
