• To prepare the Welding Procedures Specification and arrange the Procedure qualification record

as per Clint specification and material specification by ensuring PQP is effectiveness has implemented.

• All related information of NCR’s will be informed to QC manager for minimizing the standard violations that are occurring is site.
• To prepare the Quality Procedures for site execution as per specifications provided by customer.

• To witness the welder qualification test as per Client specification material specification.


• To prepare & provide the Quality Control documents to proposal departments for bidding purpose.

• To arrange the raw material inspection at market as per Purchase requisition.

• To arrange the NDT Team for NDT test at site on the requirements of Project/site manager.

• Ensures that adequate corrective actions are taken for NCR raised at sites.

• Remains in contact with site QC Teams to resolves the QC maters.

• Visit the sites to check and discuss the QC maters with QC Teams.

• Co-ordination with Third party Inspection Team.

• Coordinates with store staff and site QC for calibration of inspection, measuring and test

equipment’s being used at site.
• Ensure Quality Dossiers of completed jobs are compiled by the site QC
• To ensure all related calibration certificates are available as per the requirement of the work activities progress.
