Responsibilities
● Developments of detailed work program for projects using Primavera P6
● Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, including work breakdown structures
(WBS) timelines and milestones for projects with Ashgal, Public Work Authority, Qatar
Foundation, Qatar Energy, Qatar LNG, Hamad Medical Corporation, Qatar University,
etc.
● Coordinate with project managers, Engineers and other stakeholders to define project
activities and timelines.
● Tender Preparation Baseline
● track progress and compare it against the baseline schedule
● Prepare Extension of Time claims
● Line manage the planning team, developing both the team and the individual’s skills
and
● Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress and other planning reports.
● Ensuring environmental requirements are met and quality standards during the design,
construction and commissioning phases of the project. Coordination of approvals, site
inspections and all other applications during the construction period.

Developed detailed project plans, schedules, and work breakdown structures for large
scale civil engineering projects.
● Planned the project baseline for KMC (Korean Medical Center) at Lusail, Doha, Qatar.
● Coordination with architects, contractors, and government agencies to ensure
compliance with project specifications and regulations.
● Primavera P6 for project scheduling, monitoring progress, and implementing corrective
actions.
● Conduct risk assessments and developed mitigation strategies to minimize project
delays and cost overruns.
● Track progress figures and comparing with planned progress percentage to ensure
project is without slippage.
● Prepare and present project progress reports to stakeholders, highlighting progress,
challenges, and recommendations.

Assisting in the planning and execution of railway projects both in Istanbul and abroad.
