- Oversee all project activities and be the main contact point for the donor and the field staff.
- Ensure project activities comply with the policies and regulations of the donor organization.
- Responsible for overseeing the development and execution of project deliverables, lead project planning, budgeting, action plans and monitoring processes.

1. Oversee planning, production and execution of events hosted in Lebanon, from large events to small user groups.
2. Assist in the definition and creation of event goals, while keeping customer needs in mind, to ensure event success.
3. Serve as event project manager, responsibilities include, but are not limited to: pre-event consultation and planning, venue selection, agenda development and event flow, event promotion and registration, printing and shipping, budget management, related travel arrangements, staffing, event follow-up and reporting, etc.; working with the event owner on speaker identification, content creation, collateral and swag creation, etc.; on-site duties include ensuring proper set-up, signage and branding, registration coordination, speaker management, time management, etc.

15. Monitor graphic standards for logo usage, promotional restrictions and sponsor recognition program to ensure fees paid are proportionate to benefits delivered.‡
16. ‡Review and approve final sponsor identified materials, including advertisements, new releases, promotional and program related materials.
