•Led the renovation and the fitting out design of a 650 m2
headquarter office for a renown and international pharmaceutical Swiss company,
resulting in setting the market trend by creating a flexible and efficient work environment rather than just a work space.
•Created, designed and prepared all the data related to the concept design and design development phase for a very well-known Lebanese
soap brand, with the purpose to refurbish all the existing shops and acquire new ones in the Golf region.
•Designed a 3500 m2
multifunctional project in the mountains by adopting a different, unique and controversial architectural style than those
in the surrounding, achieving the purpose of being the main point of attraction in the area
•Managed a team of 12 architects to work on the shop drawings of the iconic Katara twin tower hotel project in Lusail district, Doha, which led
to issue a total of 650 A0 sheet to the main contractor
•Led the concept design of an interior duplex condo in Washington - Seattle by creating a very unique rock n roll / 50’s theme concept,
resulting to full client satisfaction and gratification.
•Selected to lead the administration building project for the Vincennes Metro station in France, due to my high skills and performance in design
and Revit software
•Worked on the expansion of a popular Lebanese premium cake shop across Saudi Arabia and Côte d'Ivoire, by creating a design concept that is
flexible and adaptable to unknown shop layouts. Created all the execution drawings related to both prototypes, which gave the client the
flexibility to expand without restrictions.
•Created a unique concept design for a modern Villa resulting in being featured in one of the most credible websites in architecture for its
outstanding design - Archdaily
•Instructed and designed an eco-friendly architectural concept design in Brazil with 0m2
of excavation or landfill. Managed to save cost by using
70% of local light wood panels, boosting its interior area from 220 m2
to 320 m2
•Crafted and designed an Airbnb project of 200m2
achieving a cost-effective execution plan of 45$/m2
, by adopting innovative solutions and
creative materials
•Designed, supervised and launched the Instagram page. Developed creative content to be published on weekly basis
•Directed to revamp a renovation project for an office building, saving 15% of client budget, leading to increase customer satisfaction, gaining
credibility and trust, and landing more projects from same client
Launched successfully a bootstrapping startup, managed to grow its scale by 200%, exceeded the yearly target revenue by 200% and
surpassed the yearly project target by 150%
•Organized to deliver an operational pub-restau in a very short time of 35days, including designing, demolishing and rebuilding the interior as
well as the main façade. Making it a very well-known pub in Gemayzeh, Beirut
•Served as the primary client liaison to bring the schedule, budget, & scope of work to completion and to client satisfaction. Headed office
administrative tasks, project team assignments and all the business facet: Finance, logistics, negotiations, marketing, recruitment and PR

•Directed a team of 5 architects to construct on Revit under BIM management, 30 concrete building and 15 steel hangarette, for the extension
of Ali Al Salem Air Base in Kuwait. Achieving a number of 0 queries in return
•Supervised and managed a team of 7 architects in Kuwait, increasing execution drawing quality, and eliminating previous accumulated delays
•Prepared programs, area schedule and functional diagrams for a military project. Resulting to hand over 14 different facilities under design
development phase
•Coordinated between project manager, a team of 4 architect in Pune, facade engineering, and the render department on a 526 parametric
prefabricated aluminum panels envelop, for the Pantheon in Angola
Prepared, maintained and delivered on a weekly basis, a comprehensive design presentation, across all disciplines, to senior manager, and
client consultants, for the Al Maktoum International Airport, UAE
•Single handled 4 fully coordinated (ST, EL, TL, ME, AI, fire, acoustic, rendering department) facilities, achieving fastest submission between all
teams with the less queries in return, for a Private Residential project, KSA
•Developed a 3d model Revit with it is 10 types prefab concrete panels unique skin, extracting all sheets, schedules and documents for the
design development phase, of the College of Physical Education, Salahaddine University Erbil, Iraq
