 Oversee and manage the general accounting functions, including, but not limited to: accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and taxes
 Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and completeness
 Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles
 Work with external auditors to ensure correct and timely closing and reporting at year-end
 Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions
 Assign projects and direct staff to ensure compliance and accuracy
 Develop staff by managing performance, setting goals, providing ongoing training, and maintaining strong employee relationships

 Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions

 Delegate authority and responsibility to team with supervision, accountability and review
 Coordinate and manage the month-end closing process
 Perform primary review of monthly reconciliation
 Ensure the completeness of monthly recording
 Preparation of current financial reports and forecasts for future business growth including budgets, income statements, balance sheets, tax returns and reports for Government regulatory agencies and financial management reports
 Direct interaction and coordination with the Company’s financial auditors

 Maintain and reconcile balance sheet and general ledger accounts
 Summarize and prepare financial status and transactions reports, including a profit and loss statement, and other necessary reports
 Assist with annual audit reports
 Investigate and resolve audit findings, account discrepancies, and issues of non-compliance
 Assist with tax audits and tax returns
 Support month-end and year-end close process
 Contribute to the development of new or amended accounting systems, programs, and procedures
 Control, manage and implement new strategies and plans for the stock department
 Prepare payroll
 Prepare financial statements and produce budget according to schedule
 Plan, assign and direct work to junior staff
 Conduct performance appraisal
 Perform other accounting duties

Managing the overall daily office operations including:
 Accounting: daily data entry, weekly/ monthly reports, reconciliations, payroll, costing
 Purchasing: orders preparation, suppliers’ filtration, payment and facilities
 Technology: database management, overseeing network system

 Control and audit daily accounting transactions and bank reconciliation
 Prepare monthly financial reports (P&L, Feasibility studies for new projects)
 Prepare monthly payroll, bank transfers and payroll reports
 Coordinate between the principal, director and administration
 Follow-up on pending issues and daily admin tasks
 Provide assistance and administrative support for the administration’s team (Accountant, HR, Stock Keeper & Secretary)

 Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded
 Update accounts payable and perform reconciliations
 Assist senior accountants in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings
 Compute taxes and prepare tax returns
 Payroll preparation
 Prepare and examine accounting records and financial statement

 Daily accounting transactions
 Payroll preparation
 Develop long-range forecasts and maintain long-range financial plans
 Regular meetings with Executive Director regarding fiscal planning
 Execute daily direct sales with clients
 Prepare long term rental contracts with companies
 Improve operational systems, processes and policies in support of the organization’s mission

 Provide administrative support to the owner
