• Conduct frequent audits and inspections to confirm the effectiveness of HSE programs on critical operations / equipment and procedures at assigned location; present recommendations for improvement; and follow-up their implementation.
• Review Contractor generated statistics, reports, and presentations required for management reporting.
• Prepare consolidated weekly and monthly HSE statistics PMT / PMC and Contractor HSE statistics reports for further submission to Client.
• Promote safe working systems and procedures and monitor the proper application of the Permit to Work system and associated Task Risk Assessments, as well as Contractor related policies, plans, procedures and guidelines.
• Coordinate and participate in the provision of HSE safety and awareness campaigns from Company and EPC Contractor.
• Initiated and participates in investigation of accidents and incident reporting as per the Company and Contract Agreement requirements.
• Coordinated and participated on implementation of Consequence Assessment Committee (CAC) during HSE violations and Non-Compliance is reported.
• Validate that any EPC Contractor incidents are immediately reported to EPC Contractor management and PMC HSSE management in accordance with procedures.
• Supervising Contractor and Subcontractors activities such as tower erection, pipeline and piping, upgrade of redundant/existing gas lift wells, building of Gas Lift Compression Station (GLCS), upgrade of existing Central Degassing Station (CDS), building of plats.
