-I issue ticketing and reservation for the airplines and also for the boat.
-I also do my report every day after my work done and finalizing the report. When our deadline for the PAL Airline i need to go to the main branch to give our report every month for the checking and do validated something this report is the tickets that the customer purchase from us.
-Filling documents like the passport and valid id’s of the passengers
• File, sort and compile records of documents and performing office machine operation like personal computer, scanner and photocopies.
•Provide assistant to mu Superior officers on assigned duties.
•Bringing reports to different departments.
•Encoding different suppliers of the company in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
-Checked working papers of Journals Entry Voucher (JEV)
-Photocopy of attachements to JEV
-Encoded the salary of Regular and Contractual Employees, checks that given to me.
-Encoding different ports of customs
-Calculating the tally in spreedsheet and then input it in the Excel
