Responsible appointee for all tender documents, concept designs & 3D visuals & supervision of execution of 5, 254 SQM area, exterior & interior designs
• Supervisor and head project manager for all works from concept theory to supervising & managing event of National Day project until its end.
• Execution drawings for all project works: including Inlay design, floor plan, furniture plan, wood work, metal work assembly fence drawings, electrical plans, lighting plans, low current drawings, high voltage drawings, window, door and fence schedules, tower designs, building drawings and material selections & finally structural drawings.
• 3D perspectives for exteriors and room by rooms to include material & finish selections.
• Re-designed AutoCAD designs and execution drawings to meet client’s requirements.
• Reporting directly to the legislated Qataris for this project.
• Managing communications between factory & suppliers with Military project authorities
• Designed the project execution timeline with PMO for all civil works, building plots, plot flooring, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, ducting systems, FF&E, lighting, sound engineering and direction sign accessories.
• Designed and implemented the room by room area plans & details for: the military museum (including guns, weapons, gear & uniforms), simulator room (naval, aviation, shooting training arena), kids play area (under 6 years old) and a 4D room by room with creative directing for each force unit (total of 7), laser tag area, rappel tower, military obstacle course training area, military tank & truck exhibition areas, VIP majlis area, dining area for soldiers, medical (first aid) room & even storage areas.
• Held meetings with officials to update all plans depending on updated or newly given requirements.
• Followed up with procurement team for exact and specific banner printings, material & FF&E selections
• Supervised the Graphic designer’s work to insure the right fits & sizes for wallpaper prints for areas such as kid areas, and distinct areas such as the special forces 4D room and Military logos.
• Implemented in parallel with our construction team on the site, updated execution drawings, supervision and fixed buildings and item locations on plot before construction, followed up on suppliers to insure deadlines, FF&E & accessory assembly on site, applied quality control & site coordination.
• Drew the plans and execution tenders and details, as well as foresaw, the assembly of doors, fences, entrance gate tower, and window schedules on site.
• Coordinated & designed the creative directing & structure of the museum’s hologram with optimal design management and area consumption.
• Synchronized & designed the visuals and creative design set ups for the 4D experience of the individual force rooms with a team of directors.
• Lead architectural and design firm meetings of diverse design projects with clients.
• Oversaw the preparation of design contracts with the project estimations.
• Prepared mood boards & preliminary material selections for clienteles to appoint our design schemes & approaches.
• Prepare Excel Sheets for client: Civil Work, architectural designs, Woodwork, Fit-Outs, Custom Made Loose Furniture, FF&E, lighting selections, & REVIT BOQs for all the design elements with direct site supervision.
• Maintained quality control between execution documents and the final deliverables of architectural and decorative work.
• Managed and divided the tasks between designers, interior architects, architects, suppliers and contractors.
• Monitoring time frames and deliverables during the life cycle of the project.
• Held meetings with our team since I was in charge of keeping the design firm employees aware of our execution principles & workmanship.
• Communicated with clients for proposals for furniture, architectural and fit-out designs and whatever else needed for our decorative & construction ideas.
• Assisted juniors in site measurements up to delivering design reports.
• Supported in coordinating between foreign furniture suppliers, freight forward agents and shipping companies for items ordered and manufactured abroad.
• Approved furniture, fabric, metal and wood material selection for our customized pieces and FF&E for interiors

• Visited our furniture & wood factory to insure proper fabrication of client’s interior decor and Fit out items according to drawings & materials selected.

• Coordinated the concept & story behind the hotel’s overall ambiance for the different functional areas with the design team.
• Consulted and executed tenders and design mood & material boards for Luxurious Hotels for Starwood Hotels
• Executed the details and drawings on Sketch Up and ACAD for the Mock-up Standard Room for Le Meridian - Riyadh, K.S.A.
• Product selection for all public areas, mock up suite and royal suite including but not limited to furniture, accessories, artwork, lighting, paint colors, upholsteries, metals, wall finishing, sanitary ware, and wardrobe fixtures
• Worked on space planning & preparing construction documents for Sheraton - Nouakchott, Senegal.
• Rendered plans, and 3D perspectives for the client to feel the overall mood of the areas in both projects
• Supervised the contractors for interior improvements & quality execution when necessary
• Developed more than 100 personal and mock up interiors & around 40 architectural projects using programs like 3D Max, V-Ray, Revit, MS Project, Photoshop, AutoCad and Microsoft Excel for apartment buyer plans.
• Worked on Photoshop for many building complexes to show the overall ambiance and layout of the apartment and duplex plans to make sales.
• Executed full tender design drawings such as reception areas, bedrooms, lobbies for our building tenants.
• Designed Mood boards, FF&E and material selections as well as contracts for clients.
• Coordinated with engineers and our team on material selections, zoning plans, apartment changes, add-ons, accessories and fixtures in order for everything to be under proper control once our clients settled in their homes.
• Meet with our clients in order to insure proper communication and any new changes or updates on their floor plans.
• All tender drawings for hundreds of apartments were under my responsibility; Execution drawings included:
Electrical plans, tiling floor plans, false ceiling plans, lighting plans, furniture layouts, Fit-outs, FF&E documents, sections and details.
• Increased our client though new relations with real estate brokers, buyer appraisal & referrals, & events organized in order to increase our apartment sales.
• Acted as an apartment sale agent during our project launchings to grow project unit sales.
• Completed all tenders of AutoCad & REVIT files for hotels, commercial projects, residential projects which include but not limited to Masonry Plans, Layout/ Furniture Plans, False Ceiling Plans, Tiling Plans, Electricity Plans, Door Schedule Plans, Sanitary Plans, & material finish detailed plans.
• Executed on Excel are the lists of drawings and sanitary-ware specifications, lighting fixture specifications, etc.
