Data-Entry for shipments over local & international systems, preparing shipment documents especially Bill of Ladings, as well as, providing quotations to customers, following-up shipments from international ports to Beirut port & vice versa, interacting with the customers and dealers through fax, verbal or written communication to provide the information about shipments arrival, handling claims of the customers and resolving them very effectively
