• Scrutinizing, certifying, and processing of payment invoices, mobilization/material Advance, interim payment certificates, price
variation bills, ensuring compliance to the contractual provisions and statutory requirements.
• Detailed scrutiny of measurement sheets, bills and supporting documents for technical check, arithmetic check & examine
payments claimed for items with respect to approved rates, payment conditions, quantity provision in the BOQ.
• Checking/Withholding quantities which has been increased above the BOQ limit and releasing of access quantities after getting
approval from the competent authority.
• Maintaining tracker of Bank Guarantees, Insurance policies, Indemnity Bonds, Safe Custody Bank Guarantees (as per
conditions/special conditions of contract).
• Checking & certification of Revised Memorandum of payment in IPC/Bills.
• Scrutinizing and processing of variation order, value engineering proposals, extra item proposals, contractors’ extra claims etc.
• Preparation of monthly financial progress report and periodic project status report
• Maintaining tracker contractor’s correspondences related to variation orders or any extra claims.
• Preparation of Contra charges

• Commercial lead for managing Cost and providing commercial recommendations relating to project, Processing material
requisitions, contractor procurement, assesing contractor interim payment valuations and variations, managing final accounts.
• Contract & BOQ preparation.
• Maintaining coordination between Contractors & Client so that no obligation should occur to achieve target within timelines.
• Preparation of Cost Impact, Budget reports, cost forecasting to achieve planned targets.
• Verification of reconciliation statement. (Civil & Interior both).
• Maintaining Drawing records & properly study to achieve planed target.
• Attending meeting & Dealing with client & Contractor to resolve Bill certification related issues.
• Managing Assistant QSs through out of the project to ensure their activities support the project team

Subcontract Administration
• Prepare request for quotation RFQ, conduct tender meetings, commercial and technical evaluation in coordination with Team managers, recommendation to award. Recommend value engineering if required to meet budget constrain. Monitoring the terms and condition of the subcontract including progress, invoices and payment. Check, assist in the preparation of BOQ. Record procurement status as part of project cost monitoring. Attend meetings.

• Analyze the subcontract work packages in comparison with Contract BOQ. Discuss potential claim as per changes in the specification and client instructions. Direct report to Project Manager and commercial manage

Main Contract Administration
• Manage the Main Contract issue relating to the Site such as: Correspondence, Variation Orders, Claims, etc.
• Part of team Responsible for the preparation and submission of the monthly Payment Milestones for the respective Area.

2. FUHRC Hospital ( Indore) 1.40 lac Sq ft Construction Area
3. DN Mall (Bhubaneswar) 6.30 Lac Sqft Construction Area
4. Nellore Mall ( Nellore) 3.30 lac Sqft Construction Area (2.0 lac Leasable Area)

I am responsible for BOQ preparation, scheduling and monitoring of all above projects.
